Jennifer has more than 30 years experience in the medical field. She is a Certified Healthcare Risk Manager, and her expertise includes Board of Medicine inspections. She is in constant contact with government and accrediting agencies to ensure accurate regulatory interpretation and compliance.
NHC Consultants was founded in 2006 and is based in South Florida. Our consultants have more than 30 years experience in the healthcare risk management field. We consult with attorneys who have served as inspectors for the Florida Board of Medicine. We also consult with other professionals who specialize in Healthcare Risk Management. Our goal is to allow physicians to concentrate on what their years of training prepared them to do — care for their patients.

Lucy has more than 25 years experience in various clinical laboratory settings. From technician training to CLIA regulatory services, proficiency testing, and creation of laboratory policies and procedures. She also can assist with overall laboratory requirements.
Christopher Nuland, Attorney
Christopher was legal counsel to the Florida Medical Association. He came to the FMA after having served as Assistant Counsel to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. He specialized in regulatory and legislative matters. His practice now consists primarily of representing individual physicians and physician groups helping both to prosper in the new era of managed care and increased government oversight.
Nicole Lepore-Leib, Co-Founder NHC ConsultantsNicole coordinates the production of all materials including research, development and copyright. Applying her 30 years plus experience in administration and her degree in accounting, Nicole oversees office management as well as website development.
Shannon Francois, Clinical Compliance ConsultantShannon is a Registered Nurse with 8+ years’ experience in both hospital and primary care settings. She knows firsthand the importance of following and enforcing OSHA safety standards. She delivers highly effective training courses to ensure employees are well-versed in the important compliance guidelines for a safe workplace.
